This blog is dedicated to my mum's cooking. I think she is a fantastic cook and I want people to see the yummy authentic cambodian food she cooks for us everyday. Most of what she cooks is a mixture of spicy, salty and sour dishes so if that suits your taste buds and your open to trying new things, these recipes would be perfect!
I looove my mum's cooking. I went travelling around Europe for 8 months and found that I was craving for her food and had to cut the trip short. I can never be away from it for too long because I just miss it too much. Mum uses alot of ingredients grown in our backyard by my dad so its always fresh.
